By downloading, installing, or using LTP Golf ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LTP Golf. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information.
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false scores or manipulate leaderboard data.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile photos, messages, scores). By submitting content, you grant LTP Golf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is the property of LTP Golf and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, maps). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

8. Disclaimers

LTP Golf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LTP Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
